The Smart Card Charter

The Charter contains the eESC's objectives. It was approved at the Lisbon Summit in April 2000. This document is available in English, French or German.
Common requirements

The Common Requirements is a two part document which describes the eESC deliverables, organizational structure and relationships to other initiatives. It defines the work programme of eESC and the committed deliverables by end of 2002. Common Requirements Executive Summary
